๐๐ปGreat example: recreationally competitive South African Ling course triathlete with 8months of pain & limitation: tried passive modalities-Graston, remedial massage, orthoses, taping & an underloaded set of exercises, fear avoidant of running & wondering if surgery would be required ๐ค

๐๐ปWith reduction in speed work & volume 20-30%, and addition of progressive loading program -the triathlete (Gav) is now well on his way ๐ฝ

‼️TAKE HOME: if you are struggling with persisting Achilles Tendinopathy consult w a practitioner that can prescribe you a losing program to assist returning the energy storage to the tendon ( & be patient!) ๐
