Recently, I presented at a conference on gluteal tendinopathy where I discussed a few of the new RCTs that have come out recently.
So, in this episode I will focus on two recent randomised controlled trials evaluating education and exercise interventions for gluteal tendinopathy. One of them is the best RCT I have read in ages. Well worth a look at their methods, findings and exercise interventions.
It's great stuff and great to have new research on the topic.
