A lot of videos and experts out there will tell you using a mobility ball is a great way to decrease pain and increase mobility. They are not wrong about that. What could be better is the instruction itself. Like all manual techniques, you don't have to use a lot of force or make it uncomfortable to get rapid improvement.
In this video, I go over how to use an EDGE Mobility Ball completely pain free. Breathing is the key to reducing tension, tone, and the perception of stretch. If you can't do it with 3-5 deep, slow, diaphragmatic breaths, smashing it to death probably isn't going to work either. Try it and leave some comments as to how much easier and comfortable it is!
