Don't worry about the minutiae of radiocarpal, carpal on carpal, and carpometacarpal mobilizations. Just the thought of those while I was testing for Manual Therapy Certification and again Fellowship makes me nauseous! They were some of the only days I actually took Pepto in my life! I learned much easier mobilizations from Dr. Laurie Hartman, an osteopath from the UK. Like any mobilization, you can't really be specific and it's not needed anyway. After performing these easy mobs, load up the wrist with repeated wrist extension hourly or as needed.
