After resetting someone's shoulder mobility with something like IASTM and/or repeated shoulder extensions, the mobility may need to be re-educated under load. My former student, friend and colleague, Dr. Russell Manalastas demonstrates a simple but effective progression for working newly gained shoulder mobility.
Expect to see more of Russell in the future as he's launching his own brand, and if you meet him at a seminar, make sure to call him "Little E" - he shaved his head back when I was teaching him ortho, and that quickly became his nickname!
