1) Thoracic Whips

The #thoracic whip is a great and fast reset to rapidly regain trunk mobility. Increased trunk rotation means greater ability to accept load, shoulder mobility, breathing, and cervical mobility. It's one of my main warm ups before any workout or run. #modernmanualtherapy #thoracic #cervical #shoulder #mobility
