If you missed part 1 of this post, 5 Common Patterns in Lateral Epicondylalgia, read that first, and move on to this post.
This post will differ somewhat than the 5 Patterns Post in that we are assuming you have cleared the cervical spine, thoracic spine, hips, etc for regional interdependence purposes and you want to just focus on the peripheral and local component of lateral epicondylalgia.
This is an older OMPT Channel video that I have made available. I made the video after one of the subscribers asked me for a few strategies for lateral epicondylalgia.
5 Eclectic Strategies for Lateral Epicondylalgia
- neurodynamics
- IASTM to lateral upper arm and forearm patterns
- functional Release to lateral upper arm and forearm patterns
- humeroradial lateral glide
- thrust manipulation to humeroradial joint and humeroulnar joints
In case you need a neurodynamic review
