Today's Quick Links are from Cinema Air, Prana PT, and Fitness Pain Free.
The mysterious Cinema Air has done another great interview (no, it's not mine, but that is coming up!). This time it's Dr. Sandy Hilton, PT, DPT, MS, of the #pelvicmafia, and Women's Health and Pain Science advocate in Chicago, IL. It's another great read that really helps you to know someone you may only know from twitter or facebok.
One of my favorite tweeps, Ann Wendel of Prana PT, recently interviewed a Buffalo native, and Daemen College PT alum, Sue Falsone PT, ATC, SCS, COMT, CSCS. If you've been living rock for the past several years, check out this interview and see what Sue is up to now! I was bummed that I missed her last talk at Daemen, right down the road from my practice, but I will be sure to catch the next one and meet her in person!
Dan Pope and another colleague, Chris Johnson, the Seattle cyborg recently did a podcast on Diagnosing and Treating Running Injuries. There is a breakdown of what they talk about bullet by bullet and due to my lack of sleep, I have not listened, but knowing these two, you'll be sure to pick up some very useful information clinically.
