How might you go about the management of a young patient with a true diagnosed lumbar instability (spondylolysis or spondylolisthesis)?

Since I was a rather obese adolescent, I feel that's why I may have a spondy.. no biggie, as I never had back pain as an adolescent. Probably wasn't active enough!
