Quick Links!
Today's Quick Links come from In Touch Physical Therapy, Chaitow's Chat, and SMR Blog.
Dr. Harrison Vaughn is starting up another multiple post case series. What do you think is going on with this patient? Will it be a trick question like the last one? I would check repeated motions and neurodynamics to start.
SMR Blog reviews research on exercises which target hamstring activation. KB swings activated semitendinosus the most and were third highest for biceps femoris. The sample size was small, and no mention was made for how often corrections were made.
Dr. Leon Chaitow's recent post on Fascia Perspective's is so good, it prompted me to buy this!
Looking forward to delving into this book to add some references to my classes. Everything is represented from mechanical theories, IASTM, neurodynamics, and Bialosky's mechanisms of manual therapy.
