Quick Links!
Today's Quick Links come from FMS, Jeff Cubos, and Athletes Performance.
Functional Movement Systems had Gray Cook in studio to film a follow up to the Brettzel post from last week. Certainly helps to see it in motion with Gray Cook demonstrate both 1.0 and 2.0 versions. If only I had as much mobility as Melissa does in the vid.
Just a quick news post from Athletes Performance. Their VP of PT Sue Falsone, a Daemen PT grad saved Mark Ellis' leg with some quick thinking and medical attention. Congrats to Sue and +1 for PT assessment and rapid response!
Dr. Jeff Cubos goes over the Y Balance Test in relation to hockey and injury screening. I have heard him mention it several times, but have never been exposed to the test myself. Great and informative post Jeff! Since I'm so competitive with myself, I want to be tested!
