Try It and You Will See!
I do not like to backward bend!
I do not like them,"E" who mends!
You do not like them. SO you say.
Try them! Try them! And you may. Try them and you may I say.
E!
If you will let me be, I will try them. You will see.
Say!
I do so like to backward bend!
I do!! I like them, "E" who mends!
And I would do them while at work!
And I would do them as a clerk!
And I will do them in the rain.
And in the dark. And on a train.
And in the day. And in the night.
They are so good so good, you're right!
So I will do them while I'm sitting.
And I will do them while I'm knitting.
And I will do them in a house.
And I will do them in a blouse.
And I will do them here and there.
Say! I will do at them ANYWHERE!
I do so like to backward bend!
Thank you! Thank you,
"E" who mends!
Ever have a patient that was so sure and so afraid that something as simple as a movement would hurt? It may hurt to do it once, but unless you load it, and load it to end range, plus repeat it, you don't really know the outcome. It may hurt during the motion, but does it remain worse, does it peripheralize or centralize, does it get better and stay better? You won't know unless you try! I thought of this while reading to my beautiful girls one of our favorite bedtime stories. Be as persistent as Sam I Am with your patients and your outcomes will improve!
