Via Interior Fitness Blog
Do you ever ask about the pelvic floor? My wife, who is now an amazing stay at home mother, was one of Buffalo, NY's only Manual PTs that did Women's Health. She used to tell me to ask not only the red flag questions, but precursors. Instead of bowel and bladder loss, ask for increased frequency and/or urgency. They could be from beginnings of major disk derangement, or just a weak or inhibited pelvic floor.
